The custom cocktail menu is impressive with a variety of libations including a Ramirez fizz with watermelon chinaco blanco, curacao, black cardamom orgeat, and lime and an Eye of the Tiger with white whiskey, persimmon, amaro nonino, egg white, and cinnamon.
Desserts include a peanut butter crunch bar with caramel rice crispies and milk chocolate ice cream; a strawberry tres leches cake with strawberries, coconut cream, and ice cream; a banana baked Alaska with roasted banana ice cream, blackberry sauce, and meringue; a chocolate pudding cake with malted cream and cashew caramel; and a variety of small batch cheeses.
