Top-Notch Hotel Brunching and a Patio Facing the Pool
If you don’t live in SM, you might forget about this airy eatery inside the Fairmont Miramar. Don’t. The space is lovely (the folks here were doing the “hanging plant” thing before it was all the rage), the food is excellent, and the location — across the street from the ocean — is perfect for a post-meal walk.
Sure, there are breakfast staples like eggs Benedict and lemon ricotta pancakes, but you’ll likely be drawn to the lobster Cobb salad with charred corn, the Tandoori fried chicken sandwich, or the over-the-top Fig burger topped with onion rings, a fried egg and bacon aioli.
